Job summary
Telespazio BeNeLux is seeking two highly skilled PA and Safety Support Engineers to support PA&S activities at ESTEC in the Netherlands. The role demands a Master’s degree in engineering and over 10 years in the space sector with QA/PA emphasis, plus experience with ESA programs.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in space sector QA/PA activities is required.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish PA&S baseline in line with ESA policy and document inputs/outputs.
- Review ESA contractor PA&S plans and proposed work.
- Monitor PA&S status, identify issues, NCRs and non-conformances.
- Assess PA&S implementation by ESA contractors.
- Support boards for non-conformances and reviews.
- Assist in QA/audit activities and inspection points.
- Help define acceptance requirements and ARs.
