Job summary

Telespazio BeNeLux is seeking 2 PA and Safety Support Engineers to work at ESTEC in the Netherlands under a permanent contract with strong benefits. The role emphasizes defining PA&S baselines, documenting compliance, and supporting ESA projects across reviews, NCRs and verification activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in engineering with 10+ years in the space sector, including 5 in Product and Quality Assurance, and show strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years in space sector with 5 years in QA.
• Proven record of QA activities for spacecraft units.

Responsibilities

• Support PA&S baselines and documentation per ESA policies.
• Review contractor PA&S plans, specs and effort proposals.
• Monitor PA&S status and track NCRs, issues and actions.
• Assess PA&S implementation by ESA contractors.
• Support boards for non-conformances and reviews.
• Assist QA/Process audits and inspection points; witness tests.
