Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
4 years of experience in space mechanisms.
Experience with ESA projects is a big advantage.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Technical support to ESA space programmes from phase 0 to phase E, including participation in system and sub-system design reviews, active follow-up and technical assessment of hardware design, manufacturing, and testing and all associated analyses.
Technical support in the review of industry proposals during the ITT process (as an external technical expert).
Technical support to CDF studies including expert contribution covering engineering assessment, analysis, and the provision of information for reports and presentations.
Identification of critical development problems and assistance in their resolution.
