Job summary

Corendon is casting a Spa Public Area Stylist at W Amsterdam to join our Away Spa Team. Located in the heart of the city, 238 rooms and iconic amenities deliver a bold, luxurious experience.

You will ensure all public spa areas are sparkling, help guests enjoy Whatever/Whenever service, and collaborate with Spa, Engineering, Welcome Desk and Laundry to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Dutch or other languages are appreciated.
• Experience in the luxury segment is an advantage.
• Work permit for The Netherlands is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Spa operations as part of a larger team dedicated to guest dreams.
• Be the expert on all Away Spa and hotel facilities.
• Follow service standards and procedures from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean, polished and professional appearance.
• Bring exceptional Whatever/Whenever service to life by personalizing guest experiences.
• Work rotating shifts; evenings and weekends are busiest.

What does the job include?

As a Spa Public Area Attendant (Stylist), you ensure that all Away Spa public areas are sparkling, shining and impeccably clean creating the perfect escape for our guests.

You:

• Support Spa operations as part of a larger team dedicated to making guest dreams come true
• Are in the know: the expert on all Away Spa and hotel facilities
• Follow service standards and procedures from start to finish
• Maintain a clean, polished and professional appearance
• Bring the Whatever/Whenever® service to life by connecting with guests and personalizing their experience
• Work rotating shifts, evenings and weekends are busiest
• Prepare your shift thoroughly and ensure smooth handovers
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Collaborate flexibly with Style, Spa, Engineering, Welcome Desk and Laundry
• Communicate clearly with your team and other departments
• Host guests throughout the Spa journey with full knowledge of all areas
• Maintain presence on the WET Deck and Lounge area
• Take drink and food orders from the Spa menu
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
• Ensure correct usage of machinery and cleaning supplies
• Put the guest at the center of everything any task that creates a memorable experience is part of your role
