Job summary

W Amsterdam, part of Corendon, invites a friendly B&F Attendant to join our dynamic team. You will elevate guest moments in the W Lounge, In Room Dining and Banqueting, delivering elevated service with a Whatever/Whenever mindset.

Join a fast-paced, high-energy environment where luxury and hospitality meet. You will work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights, ensuring every guest experience sparkles and memories are created.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Dutch and any other language is appreciated.
• Experience in the Luxury Segment is an advantage.
• Work Permit for The Netherlands is required.

Responsibilities

• Elevate guest moments across our venues as a B&F Attendant.
• Report to the B&F Supervisors and support the daily operations of the W Lounge, In Room Dining and Banqueting.
• Work as part of a larger team to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service.
• Suggest cocktails and guide food pairings in the W Lounge and In Room Dining.
• Ensure spaces sparkle and adapt to rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and nights.

What does the job include?

As a B&F Attendant, you are an all-round B&F expert who elevates every guest moment across our venues.

You report directly to the B&F Supervisors and support the daily operations of the W Lounge, In Room Dining and Banqueting.

You work as part of a larger team dedicated to making guest dreams come true and you stay fully in the know about our menus, cocktails, pairings, hotel facilities and all B&F possibilities.

In the W Lounge, you suggest cocktails guests didn’t even know they loved and guide them through food pairings.

In In Room Dining, you amplify the guest experience by delivering a bold, elevated service that goes far beyond traditional room service. You welcome and assist guests in all venues, follow service standards from start to finish and bring the Whatever/Whenever philosophy to life through personalized interactions.

You ensure every space sparkles, prepare thoroughly for each shift and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with music and movement. You work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights.

You collaborate with other departments, communicate clearly with your team and support a seamless guest journey across the hotel. You always put the guest at the center of everything you do, and any task that creates a WOW moment becomes part of your role.
