Manpower is recruiting Technical Operators / Site Engineers for a client in the Venlo area. You'll join a supportive, close-knit team at one of the Netherlands’ leading parcel sorting sites, working the evening shift to keep sorting installations performing at peak levels.

The role focuses on identifying faults, carrying out preventive maintenance, and logging incidents to improve future response times, while contributing to reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently with significant responsibility.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose first-line technical faults.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on sorting equipment.
• Register incidents and actions in the system to improve response times.
• Contribute to continuous availability and reliability of installations.
