Job summary

Premier Tech Systems and Automation is seeking a creative and technically skilled professional to design engineering solutions for customers. You will analyze requests from the Sales team, envision retrofit concepts, and provide cost estimations in collaboration with Sales Manager.

This role emphasizes knowledge of industrial processes, budgeting, and a customer-centric approach, with opportunities to contribute to global projects within a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or relevant technical experience.
• Knowledge of industrial operations and processes (commercial and technical).
• Familiarity with packaging and processing industry.
• Experience in budget preparation and commercial offer development.
• Collaborative mindset and strong team spirit.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ requests from the Sales team, ensuring a clear understanding of the customer needs.
• Envision and quote solutions that meet customers’ requirements, in collaboration with Sales Manager and customers.
• Provide a cost estimation and information on the retrofit.
• Review and enhance sales strategies.
• Prepare and lead project handovers.
