Job summary

project44 is seeking a Solutions Architect (Software Implementation) to join our Customer Experience Team in Amsterdam. You will lead API design, implementation planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless multi-system integrations for our customers.

You'll work with Engineering, Product and Support to validate designs, drive go-live readiness and post-launch hypercare, ensuring scalable, secure architectures and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer‑facing experience in software/SaaS implementations and integrations.
• Experience with API-driven integrations and delivery tooling is desirable.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead API solution design phases translating requirements into scalable architectures.
• Own and produce Implementation Design Documents (IDDs) detailing system architecture and data flows.
• Act as the technical authority, guiding customers through implementations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Support to validate designs and drive product improvements.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, and go-live readiness with clients and internal teams.
• Provide hypercare post-launch support, monitoring integrations and ensuring stability.
• Serve as the tech liaison between customer teams and internal stakeholders.
• Apply light project management to track timelines and deliverables in Jira/Zendesk/Rocketlane.
• Contribute to standard methodologies, documentation, and reusable patterns for scalability.
• Support pre-sales with technical input and feasibility assessments.
• Perform API deep dives and assist with test plans/training.
• Conduct weekly status meetings and ensure a successful post-implementation handover.
