Job summary

Visualfabriq is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to bridge customer requirements with the Visualfabriq platform. You will design scalable architectures and guide customers during implementations, ensuring maximum business value from our TPM, pricing and trade spend capabilities.

You will advise on solution design, coordinate with partners and product teams, and coach advisors while traveling occasionally to client sites.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in software, consultancy, or FMCG/CPG environments.
Experience with TPM / Sales Planning solutions.
Strong experience working with customers and/or partners.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Advise customers on solution design and configuration.
Guide customers during partner-led implementations.
Evaluate system design choices and solve complex challenges.
Translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
Act as Voice of the Customer towards Product teams.
Support documentation of Change Requests (CDRs).
Coach Solution Advisors and enable customers and partners.
Contribute to the Visualfabriq Knowledge Base.
Willing to travel occasionally.

About the Role

As our Solution Architect, you act as a senior advisor bridging customer business requirements and the Visualfabriq application. You guide customers in designing scalable solutions and ensure they fully leverage our platform to achieve measurable business value.

Your responsibilities will include

Advise customers on solution design and configuration
Guide customers during partner-led implementations
Evaluate system design choices and solve complex challenges
Translate business needs into scalable software solutions

Your Functional and Technical Toolbox - What You Bring

Deep understanding of commercial processes (TPM, pricing, trade spend, forecasting)
Strong knowledge of SaaS and system integrations
Experience with TPM tools and ERP systems such as SAP
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business processes into system solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
