Landal zoekt een Solution & Business Analyst die zakelijke behoeften uit domeinen zoals Commerce, Finance, HR en Operations omzet in duidelijke vereisten en oplossingontwerpen.

Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners, Tech Delivery Leads en developers om schaalbare digitale en integratieoplossingen te definiëren en te zorgen voor volledige, haalbare eisen in lijn met standaarden.

Qualifications

• 4–7 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst of Solution Analyst in digitale/integratieomgevingen.
• Sterke kennis van API's, dataflows en integratiepatronen (REST, event-driven, enz.).
• Ervaring met requirements engineering, procesmodellering en functionele specificaties.
• Hands-on ervaring met Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Ervaring met integratieplatforms zoals Boomi of vergelijkbare middleware is een pluspunt.

Responsibilities

• Verzamel en analyseer bedrijfs- en integratie-eisen over meerdere domeinen.
• Verduid eisen in functionele specificaties, user stories en acceptatiecriteria.
• Definieer en documenteer end-to-end processen, datapaden en API-interacties.
• Werk samen met Product Owners, Tech Leads en developers aan oplossingsontwerpen.
• Ondersteun UAT, impactanalyse en oorzaak-analyses van incidents.

At Landal, the Digital Factory plays a key role in shaping guest and employee experiences across all digital touchpoints. As Solution & Business Analyst, you translate business needs from domains such as Commerce, Finance, HR, and Operations into clear requirements and solution designs.

You work closely with Product Owners, Tech Delivery Leads, and developers within the integration domain to define scalable, high-quality digital and integration solutions. Your work ensures that requirements are complete, feasible, and aligned with platform and integration standards.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Solution & Business Analyst your tasks & responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze business and integration requirements across multiple domains;
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Define and document end-to-end processes, data flows, and API interactions;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and developers to shape solution designs;
• Support UAT, impact analysis, and incident/root cause analysis for digital and integration solutions.

Wie je bent

• 4–7 years experience as Business Analyst or Solution Analyst in digital/integration environments;
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns (REST, event-driven, etc.);
• Experience with requirements engineering, process modelling, and functional specifications;
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence);
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi) or similar middleware is a plus.
