My client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is undertaking a major transportation and supply chain transformation programme focused on improving visibility, connectivity, and operational efficiency across its logistics and distribution network.

They are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead architecture and integration design across SAP S/4HANA and the wider transportation technology landscape.

Role Overview

The successful consultant will define future-state architecture, design integrations across transportation and logistics platforms, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions within a large-scale international transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across transportation and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Design integrations between SAP S/4HANA and logistics, transportation, warehousing, and enterprise applications.
• Define future-state architecture and connectivity across the transportation ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, integration best practices, and governance across global programmes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within large-scale supply chain, logistics, or transportation transformation programmes.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration expertise.
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party logistics, transportation, warehouse, or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end transportation, distribution, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design.
• Experience working across complex global and multi-region transformation environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) experience.
• Experience within logistics, warehousing, exports, or distribution operations.
• FMCG or manufacturing industry background.
• Experience supporting international transformation programmes across multiple countries and regions.
