Job summary

• Analyze customer journeys and assess technical feasibility and potential solutions.
• Drive solution development, integration, and implementation across Customer Operations platforms.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and best practices.
