Job summary

Greenteamseurope is seeking a technical liaison to connect customers with our field service teams. You will answer questions about PV and BESS systems, plan service work, and ensure accurate documentation for customers.

You will schedule maintenance, guide technicians, and maintain up-to-date service records while communicating clearly on progress and next steps. A passion for technology and PV/storage is highly valued.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or higher (technical preferred).
• Passionate about technology.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Strong communicator, on the phone and in writing.
• Affinity with solar PV and battery storage is a plus.

You are the first technical point of contact for our customers: you answer questions about their PV and BESS systems, plan service work, guide our service technicians and make sure every job is clearly documented and fed back to the customer.

What you’ll do

Customer contact & support

• Answer customers’ technical questions about their PV and BESS systems
• Keep customers informed with clear, timely feedback on status and next steps

Planning & coordination

• Plan and schedule service and maintenance work
• Guide and support our service technicians in the field
• Monitor progress and adjust the planning when the situation calls for it

Documentation & reporting

• Record findings, solutions and agreements accurately in our systems
• Keep service documentation and customer files complete and up to date

What we’re looking for

• MBO level 4 working and thinking level or higher (preferably technical)
• Passionate about technology
• Eager to learn and motivated to grow
• Strong communicator, on the phone and in writing
• Affinity with solar PV and battery storage is a plus
