Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to develop system software for IG-XL and Eagle platforms in a dynamic, multi-site environment. The role focuses on C#, C++, .Net and COM/ATL, delivering robust, 64-bit software, and collaborating with Factory Applications, Release, Sustaining and project teams to meet demanding hardware-software requirements.

Qualifications

• BSCS, BSCE, or BSEE is required.
• 5+ years' experience with software development for commercial applications.
• Experience in hardware-control software development.
• Proficiency in C#, C++ and OOD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• VB knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of UML, Git, and Agile practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test system software for IG-XL and Eagle platforms.
• Develop core services used by driver teams and ensure 64-bit compatibility.
• Debug and solve complex software and computing issues.
• Interface with Factory Applications, Release, Sustaining and project teams daily.
