Job summary

Keenfinity Group is seeking a Software Engineering Intern focused on Device Simulation & Digital Twin. You will rebuild and expand a software simulator for DICENTIS conference devices, targeting 80-90% coverage of real device behavior.

The project runs on Windows and Linux and supports automated testing in a modern CI pipeline. You will work on a long-term, high-impact project in an international team, with guidance from experienced engineers and the opportunity to contribute to real-world

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as CS, CE or EE.
• Strong programming skills in C# and/or C++.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, client-server).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and break down tasks.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with the existing device simulator and the DICENTIS devices.
• Analyze real device behaviors and identify simulated vs. missing scenarios.
• Define and prioritize device behaviors to expand simulator coverage.
• Design and implement new simulated device scenarios using C# and/or C++.
• Ensure the simulator runs on Windows and Linux.
• Develop automated tests that use the simulator as a substitute for hardware.
• Integrate the simulator into CI pipelines and document its usage.
