Job summary

Keenfinity Group in Eindhoven is offering a Software Engineering Intern position focused on Device Simulation and Digital Twin for the DICENTIS devices. You will rebuild the simulator with a newer tech stack and grow coverage from 30% to 80–90% of real device behavior across Windows and Linux.

The internship is hybrid (one day per week remote), with an allowance between €500 and €600 per month. You’ll work on Windows and Linux, implement C# and/or C++ simulations, and help automate tests and CI.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as CS/CE/EE.
• Strong programming skills in C# and/or C++ are required or highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented design and software principles.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, client–server) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze device behaviors and identify simulated vs. missing scenarios.
• Design and implement new simulated device scenarios using C# and/or C++.
• Develop software that communicates over the network and emulates physical devices.
• Make the simulator work on Windows and Linux and contribute to automated tests and CI.
