Job summary

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student in computer science or software engineering, graduating in 2028.
• Proficient in Java or C++.
• Interest in financial markets.
• Available to start June 28, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Enhance knowledge of algorithm complexity, data structures, and writing fluent code.
• Support the development of our trading platform and software stack.
• Gain experience across the software development lifecycle while collaborating with traders, researchers and hardware engineers.
• Help identify, implement and validate changes to IMC’s trading algorithm and system.
• Improve coding skills by participating in hackathons and technology challenges.
• Attend workshops, trainings, and social activities with the internship cohort.
