Job summary

Afterservice seeks an intern to work on a real product from its Eindhoven office. You must be enrolled in a software development, CS or related programme and be in the Netherlands for a four-day-per-week on-site schedule.

You will learn Ruby on Rails, Git, testing and deployment practices with a developer mentor by your side. The role offers hands-on feature work, code reviews and quarterly opportunities for a paid side job or permanent role after graduation, with a supportive team in a lively

Qualifications

• Enrolled in software development, computer science or closely related programme.
• Know the basics of programming; any language is fine, you will pick up Ruby here.
• Be in Eindhoven office at least four days a week; this is not a remote internship.
• Dutch or English, either is fine; part of the team is international.
• You are already studying in the Netherlands; relocation from abroad is not supported.

Responsibilities

• Help build new features and pick up issues.
• Write tests and learn Git, code reviews and deployment pipelines.
• Be a full member of the team and participate in daily standups.
