Job summary

ALTEN in Eindhoven is seeking a dedicated Software Delivery Lead to join our growing software division and contribute to cutting-edge high-tech projects.

You will lead delivery from scope to launch, mentor developers, drive Agile/SAFe practices, and translate business needs into technical tasks while aligning with stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required; 3+ years in leadership and a strong background in C/C++, Python, Linux will help you succeed in this role at ALTEN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Software, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or technical leadership.
• Experience in a complex high-tech environment (semiconductor, precision equipment, advanced manufacturing).
• Strong software engineering background (C/C++, Python, Linux, UML, ClearCase, GIT, QT).
• Exposure to hardware development or system integration a plus.
• Strong planning with Agile/SAFe and solid risk/stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or technical leadership
• Proven experience in a complex high-tech environment (e.g., semiconductor, precision equipment, advanced manufacturing)
• Strong background in software engineering (C, C++, Python, Linux, UML, Clearcase, GIT, QT)
• Exposure to hardware development environments or system integration is considered a strong plus
• Strong planning capabilities (preferably utilizing Agile/SAFe methodologies) alongside robust risk and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
