Job summary

Sioux Technologies is seeking a Software Cybersecurity Architect to define cybersecurity architectures for complex high‑tech products. You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable engineering decisions and guide secure software development across software and hardware domains.

The role emphasizes threat modelling, risk assessments, and coaching other engineers while aligning with Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2 standards in a Netherlands-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or Software Engineering.
• 10+ years of software design and architecture experience with cybersecurity architecture.
• Proven experience implementing Cyber Resilience Act, IEC 62443 and NIS2.
• Experience with secure software architectures and vulnerability management.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud and embedded systems.

In this role you define the cybersecurity architecture of complex high-tech products while ensuring compliance with emerging European cybersecurity legislation.

You are the technical authority for secure product development and help our customers integrate cybersecurity into both their software architecture and development organization.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or Software Engineering.
