Job summary

Sodastream in Breda is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our EU North team. You’ll handle order entries, queries, returns and claims, ensuring accurate, timely responses by email and phone where needed.

You’ll work with a diverse EU North group across the Benelux and Nordic markets, supporting colleagues and contributing to our culture of service excellence. Fluency in Dutch is preferred, English is essential, and additional Nordic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Overview

Sodastream is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our EU North team. We are searching for someone who is passionate, curious and always striving to do better. The role is located in our office in Breda and reports to our EU North Customer Service Manager.

At Sodastream we believe in the importance of great customer service and as a Customer Service Coordinator you will have an important role in the company. You will be responsible for administrative tasks connected to orders, returns, claims etc. The role comes with a bunch of great colleagues within our EU North team. We are looking for someone who wants to take part in the fun and contribute to our unique culture and spirit.

We have an EU North Customer Service team, with coworkers representing the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. This role will work mainly towards the Benelux markets but will also have a supporting function towards the Nordic markets. If you are flexible, have a positive attitude and are eager to give great service you are probably the one that we are looking for. Qualifications

Experience

• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is preferred but not required


• It is highly meritorious if you can speak and write in French


• It is meritorious if you can speak and/or write in any of the Nordic languages, as you will have a supporting role towards these markets.


• You need to understand a good level of English so that you are comfortable communicating with the colleagues.


• It is a plus if you have experience using case systems such as Netsuite or Zendesk, otherwise you are eager to learn and work with it.
