Job summary

Bloom Studios BV in Amsterdam is seeking an aspiring content creator to join the team. From day one you will produce and edit daily social content across video, Reels, and stories while learning from our senior creative team.

You will translate brand templates into compelling content, bring storytelling instincts to every piece, and gain hands-on experience with AI-powered content workflows on real client projects.

Qualifications

• Currently completing final year in marketing, creative, design, or communications.
• Some experience creating content: video, posts, Reels—anything you've made and are proud of.
• Basic video editing and design skills.
• Genuine desire to learn and grow fast.
• Comfortable with new tools and technology.

You'll be hands-on from day one, producing daily social content while learning directly from our senior creative team. This is your entry point into the world of AI-powered content production.

We'll teach you how we work — you bring the hunger to learn. You'll work alongside experienced creatives and technical professionals on real client projects, building practical skills in AI-driven content workflows from the ground up.
