Lever, Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced AI Video Editor to produce high-volume, conversion-driven video content for paid social campaigns. You will edit DR ads for Meta/TikTok, create multiple variations, and script copy with a focus on engagement and performance.

The role emphasizes rapid testing and measurable results, using CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production. Remote, full-time with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing direct-response video ads for D2C brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social video advertising.
• Experience creating static ads for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles, hooks, CTAs, and testing.
• Experience writing or adapting copy for advertising creatives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, or Descript.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver several assets per week.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Creative OS, Foreplay, Butter, AdCreative.ai, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and paid social strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms (UGC, testimonials, demos, founder-led content).
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, layouts, and offers.
• Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts focused on engagement and conversions.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects and related tools to produce high-quality creative efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production workflows.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives for paid social campaigns using templates and swipe files.
• Produce multiple static variations for testing (headlines, layouts, messaging, offers).
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to execute concepts and respond to performance feedback.
• Source, organize, and manage assets (UGC, stock footage, hooks, B-roll).
• Maintain a high-volume workflow prioritizing effectiveness and timely delivery.
