Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Intern Social Producer to join our fast-paced production team in the Netherlands. You will learn to set up, coordinate, and execute social-first shoots from concept to delivery, working with a talented group of creatives and managers.

Expect mentorship from day one and exposure to shoots for high-profile clients. You will gain hands-on experience translating concepts into production plans, managing talent, and ensuring content meets quality standards across TikTok, Instagram

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the duration of the internship.
• Fluent in Dutch; confident in English for coordination.
• Available 4–5 days per week for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers, creatives and social media managers in executing social-first shoots and campaigns.
• Translate ideas into concrete production assets: call sheets, schedules, shotlists, equipment prep.
• Coordinate with talent pools including directors, editors, stylists, photographers, and creators.
• Learn platform-specific standards to ensure assets fit formats for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Collaborate with cross-team members to keep projects on track and on schedule.
• Support on-set logistics, call sheets, and ensure a smooth shoot day.
• Maintain production databases, asset organization and templates for workflow
