Job summary

DEPT® in Amsterdam is seeking a Medior In‑House/Social Producer to drive productions from fast social shoots to full in‑house campaigns. You’ll work with directors, editors, and the PM/account team to bring ideas to life, ensuring efficiency, quality, and budget adherence.

You’ll steer production planning, timelines, and crew selection, while optimizing workflows for ongoing social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating social-first productions.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and assets.
• Strong understanding of platform requirements for TikTok/Instagram/YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Produce social-first and in-house content across shoots and campaigns.
• Translate concepts into production plans with timelines and budgets.
• Optimize workflows and implement best practices for future projects.
• Advise on crew selection for internal or external talent.
• Ensure assets meet platform-specific standards across channels.
• Collaborate with social specialists, editors and account teams.
• Maintain and schedule talent pools for shoots and productions.
