Job summary

DEPT® is a Growth Invention company with 4,000+ specialists delivering growth services across Brand & Media, Experience, and Technology & Data. This internship sits in the Social & In-house Production practice in the Netherlands, focusing on setting up, coordinating, and executing social-first shoots and campaigns.

You will work with our creatives, editors, producer, and social media managers to translate concepts into production plans, manage talent, and ensure content meets high-quality

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability of 4 days per week, preferably 5, for a duration of 6 months.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English for coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end productions: assist producers, creatives and social media managers in executing shoots, content series, and internal productions.
• Production planning and coordination: translate ideas into production assets, schedules, shotlists, equipment prep, and crew planning.
• Crew & talent management: coordinate internal and external talent pools including directors, DPs, editors, stylists and photographers.
• Platform-first execution: learn platform-specific standards (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) for correct formats and specs.
• Cross-team collaboration: work with social creatives, video editors, and project managers to keep projects on track.
• Set support: assist on shoot days, manage logistics, and ensure call sheets are followed.
• Process optimization: maintain internal production databases, asset organization, and workflows.
