Job summary

Pepper Luxury Vintage is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Content Intern starting February 2027. You will help plan campaigns, film content, and run social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest from our creative team in the Netherlands.

The role emphasizes storytelling, aesthetics, and active involvement in shoots, events, and live posts, with a 4-day workweek and room to grow your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Creative, curious, and up to date with trends in content & social media.
• Confident creating and editing content (with your phone or camera).
• Strong eye for Pepper’s aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Takes initiative and loves being both creative and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Create photo and video content for social media and campaigns that align with our strategy.
• Assist with organizing and executing shoots (in our office and on shoot locations).
• Edit short videos for Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
