Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Social Director & Team Lead to shape and scale our social media capability across key clients. You will combine senior strategic advisory, operational leadership and capability development to drive measurable business growth.

You will manage and develop a team of social media professionals, advise senior client stakeholders, and partner with Heads of Social and Capability Directors to drive innovation, integration and growth across the agency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media leadership within a media/advertising context.
• 4+ years direct people management experience, up to 10 reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of social capability strategy across clients.
• Mentor and develop team members; provide clear direction and growth opportunities.
• Define best practices; ensure high-quality output across the team.
• Collaborate with Head of Social and Capability Directors to drive innovation and growth.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on strategy and performance.
