Job summary

Rituals is seeking a social-first creative who lives and breathes social media, with strength in Instagram design, motion, and video, and the versatility to also create for TikTok. You will translate brand and campaign assets into platform-native content that feels fresh, relevant, and on-brand.

This is a hands-on, all-around creative role with a mix of planned and reactive work, focusing primarily on Instagram while growing TikTok presence and occasionally supporting Pinterest, LinkedIn, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design, social creative, or content creation.
• Strong graphic and motion design skills.
• Experience creating content for organic social media on Instagram and TikTok.
• Video editing for short-form content.
• Ability to shoot content on iPhone for fast-turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Create Instagram-native content including static posts, carousels, Reels.
• Edit and adapt short-form video content for TikTok.
• Shoot ad hoc content on iPhone for fast turnaround.
• Transform campaign assets into fresh social content with motion graphics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and raise the creative standard.
• Support additional channels like Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook as needed.
