Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Content Creator to develop and produce engaging, socially native content from concept to delivery. You will craft ideas, shoot, direct, edit, and deliver assets optimized for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll collaborate with writers, art directors, and production teams to ensure visuals are cohesive and on-brand, while staying ahead of evolving platform trends and formats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content creation or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing social-first concepts and hands-on production.
• Experience shooting and editing short-form video for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere or comparable editing software.

Responsibilities

• Concept and develop social-first content aligned with brand objectives.
• Scripting, storyboarding, shooting, interviewing, and editing final pieces.
• Direct talent and manage on-set production and lighting.
• Edit and deliver final content with platform-native techniques.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and producers across projects.
• Stay current with social trends and platform features to inform concepts.
