Job summary

Boomerang, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Content Creator in Amsterdam. You will ideate, shoot, edit and deliver engaging social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other channels, collaborating with strategy, design and production teams.

You’ll turn culture and trends into on-brand content, occasionally starring in the videos, and you’ll stay ahead of platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a social content role.
• Strong portfolio across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Experience with shooting, editing and on‑set production.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends and culture.
• Able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce original, social-first content.
• Handle hands-on content production from scripting to editing.
• Star in the content when appropriate.
• Stay updated on platform updates, creator culture, trends and audience behaviour.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, community, paid media and production colleagues to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms and campaigns with social insight.
• Track content performance and apply learnings to improve future concepts.
