As a Managed Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution of PassiveLogic's technology to our partners and their portfolio sites across the EU. You will work closely with installation contractors, end‑users, and value‑added resellers to ensure seamless implementation of PassiveLogic technology.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee building controls integration and coordination: Work alongside peer construction managers, managing on‑site project execution and ensuring alignment with design specifications.


• Manage sales application support and engineering: Work closely with end‑users, VARs, MSIs, and installation contractors to support project take‑off and engineering processes.


• Act as a key feedback loop: Collaborate with clients, channel partners, and our team to relay crucial insights to PassiveLogic’s leadership that improves product performance and deployment strategies.


• Ensure seamless project execution: Manage job timelines, coordinate site activities, and proactively address challenges to maintain project efficiency.

• Proven experience:
