Job summary

PassiveLogic is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Autonomous Building Controls to deploy our autonomous building solutions across EU partner sites. This role requires coordinating on-site execution, collaborating with installers and end-users, and ensuring seamless integration of PassiveLogic technology.

You will drive planning, scheduling, and cross-functional communication while traveling for deployments across Europe.

Qualifications

• Hands-on programming/configuration of DDC/PLC controllers.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP or equivalent protocols.
• Develop and validate sequences of operation for HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, boilers).
• Proficiency in major BMS platforms (Niagara, Desigo CC, Honeywell EBI).
• Point-to-point I/O testing, FAT/SAT on live buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical hanging issues and wiring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building controls integration and site execution.
• Coordinate with partners, installation contractors and end-users.

• Provide feedback to leadership on product performance and deployment strategies.

As a Construction Project Manager for Autonomous Building Controls, you will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution of PassiveLogic’s technology to our partners and their portfolio sites across the EU. You will work closely with our corporate partners, installation contractors, end‑users, and other key players to ensure seamless implementation of PassiveLogic technology.

What you’ll do

Oversee building controls integration and coordination: Work alongside peer construction managers, managing on‑site project execution and ensuring alignment with design specifications. You must have technical building controls expertise to be successful in this role.

Manage sales application support and engineering: Work closely with end‑users, VARs, MSIs, and installation contractors to support project take‑off and engineering processes.

Act as a key feedback loop: Collaborate with external partners and our internal team to relay crucial insights to PassiveLogic’s leadership that improve product performance and deployment strategies.

Ensure seamless project execution: Manage job timelines, coordinate site activities, and proactively address challenges to maintain project efficiency.

You must have

Technical requirements:

• Hands‑on programming and configuration of DDC and/or PLC controllers
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP, or equivalent building automation protocols
• Ability to develop and validate sequences of operation for HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, boilers, and split units
• Proficiency in at least one major BMS platform such as Niagara, DesigoCC, Honeywell EBI, or equivalent
• Point‑to‑point I/O testing, FAT, and SAT commissioning experience on live building systems
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems including low voltage wiring, terminations, and instrumentation
• Experience integrating third‑party equipment over standard protocols
• Project management experience

Nice to have

• Experience with SCADA or HMI platforms
• Familiarity with AI‑driven or autonomous control platforms
• IEC 61131‑3 Structured Text or equivalent PLC programming experience
• German or Dutch language proficiency
• Hands‑on design and programming experience with building controls systems"
