Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands in Leiden is seeking a Manager, Site Production Planner and Scheduler to own the master production schedule for the site and ensure timely release of orders to manufacturing.

You will develop scheduling tools, collaborate with Site Manufacturing, Quality, Facility & Engineering, and with global teams to manage scheduling across stages from materials to delivery of patient products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s in a relevant field.
• 6+ years proven relevant work experience.
• Experience with cGMP biologics manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish on-time Site Schedule for Manufacturing Operations and Facility & Engineering.
• Mitigate scheduling risks by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Support S&OP by providing site-level manufacturing capacities.
• Manage RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) for assigned products.
• Schedule and forecast manufacturing slot availability with global stakeholders.
• Develop and implement KPI and reporting capabilities.
