Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Manager, Site Production Planner and Scheduler to lead the master production schedule at Leiden and ensure orders release efficiently to manufacturing. Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing scheduling.
• Experience in cGMP biologics or cell therapy manufacturing is preferred.
• Certification in CPIM/CSCP/CLTD is a plus.
• Equivalent mix of education and training may substitute

Responsibilities

• Create and publish on-time the Site Schedule for Manufacturing Operations and Facility & Engineering teams.
• Mitigate scheduling risks by coordinating with cross-functional functions.
• Support the S&OP process with site-level capacities.
• Manage RCCP for assigned products and scenarios.
• Schedule and forecast manufacturing slot availability with internal and global stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and report KPI and scheduling improvements.
