Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks a Site Manager to support a Heavy Lift project near Groningen, Netherlands. The role is an initial 6-month contract with on-site responsibilities.

You will lead the site team, prepare daily reports for internal and client use, and conduct toolbox talks and client meetings on site to ensure safety and schedule adherence. Qualifications

Passport or ID required.
Driving licence required.
A1 certification.
Basic safety certificate (VCA or equivalent).
Certificate of medical examination (fit-to-work).
Lifting supervisor certification or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Daily reports internally and for the client.
Daily meetings with client on site.
Toolbox meeting at the start of each workday.
Make personnel planning and communicate with planners.
Lead the site team.
