Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Boxmeer is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the Site Engineering department on capital projects. You will handle SAP SRM/PM tasks, manage purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation, and coordinate onboarding and training for project teams.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and accuracy in a dynamic biopharmaceutical environment, with a focus on Lean-driven process improvements and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• MBO degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project administration experience in an engineering or project environment.
• Experience with SAP SRM, SAP PM, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational, communication, and financial administration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of English; Dutch is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Site Engineering team and project managers.
• Act as Key User for SAP SRM and SAP PM.
• Create purchase orders, process invoices, and manage project administration.
• Coordinate onboarding, training administration, and project setup.
• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Maintain departmental dashboards, intranet pages, and internal communications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
