Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 5–7 years of engineering project management experience.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects in a regulated industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of GMP, EHS and pharmaceutical engineering requirements.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, CAPEX and continuous improvement projects from concept through close-out.
• Develop and manage charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans and business cases.
• Translate business and technical requirements into executable project plans.
• Manage scope, cost, quality, schedule and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, quality and engineering standards.
• Support change controls, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Monitor and report project KPIs, budget performance and risks.
• Drive standardization, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective project handover to Operations and Maintenance.
