Job summary

Teva in Haarlem is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead CAPEX and continuous improvement projects from concept to handover, ensuring safety, compliance, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex requirements into executable plans, manage budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of engineering project management experience.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects in a regulated industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, CAPEX and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementation and close-out.
• Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans and business cases.
• Translate business and technical requirements into executable project plans.
• Manage scope, cost, quality, schedule and project risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, quality and engineering standards.
• Support change controls, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Monitor and report project KPIs, budget performance and risks.
• Drive standardization, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective project handover to Operations and Maintenance.
