Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation in Leiden is seeking a Site Automation Lead to own the automation organization, lifecycle management of ISA‑95 Level 1‑2 systems and selected Level 3 systems, and ensure compliance, reliability, and performance in a regulated environment.

You will define and execute the automation strategy, lead a high‑performing team across Operations, Quality, MSAT, Engineering and IT/Digital, and drive digital transformation while delivering compliant, on‑time, within‑budget

Qualifications

• Lead and develop a high-performing automation organization.
• Define and execute site automation strategy across ISA-95 levels.
• Ensure GMP compliance and lifecycle management of execution systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive 24/7 system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, MSAT, IT and DOTS.
• Manage vendor contracts and capital project input.
• Define policies, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Oversee validation (FAT, SAT, IOQ) and change control.
