Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Leiden site seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead two teams of six, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production. You will drive output, maintain documentation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional partners.

The role requires an HBO degree and 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with 1–2 years in leadership, plus GMP/GxP exposure and strong data-driven decision-making. Fluent English; Dutch helpful.

Qualifications

• HBO degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 1–2 years of people leadership.
• GMP/GxP knowledge and experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Proficient with Excel, ERP systems, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams of six, coordinating daily production and staffing.
• Deliver output aligned with schedules and optimize resources.
