Job summary

DocMorris AG sucht am Standort Heerlen/Aachen eine/n Shopfloor Employee zur Unterstützung der Abläufe in der Logistik. Sie arbeiten in zwei Schichten, lösen operative Probleme, analysieren Prozesse und sichern GDP-Compliance in Ihrem Bereich.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören Fehleranalysen, Inventurprozesse, Retourenabwicklung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Process Owners. Attraktive Benefits und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten runden das Angebot ab.

Qualifications

• MBO-Niveau in Arbeitsweise und Denken.
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Logistik und/oder Auftragsabwicklung.
• Eine seriöse Haltung, als Vorbild für andere Mitarbeitende.
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, selbständig und autonom zu arbeiten, präzise und sorgfältig.
• Starke Organisationsfähigkeiten, motiviert, belastbar und stressresistent.

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
• Grundkenntnisse in MS Office; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung der Abteilungen auf dem Shop Floor bei operativen Problemen lösen.
• Als Prozess-Experte fungieren und Ansprechpartner für Prozessverantwortliche sein.
• Fehleranalysen, Bewertungen und detaillierte Fehlerdokumentation in Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitern und dem PO.
• Aktive Teilnahme an Prozessoptimierungen zur Identifizierung von Engpässen.
• Arbeiten an den Fehlerstationen und Durchführen von Inventurkorrekturen.
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Inventuren (Cycle Counting).
• Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen, Transfers und Vorbereitung/Verarbeitung von Retouren für den Versand.
• Veraltete Artikel bereinigen.
• Andere Abteilungen unterstützen.

Then the position of Shopfloor Employee at DocMorris is exactly what you are looking for!What will you be doing? As a Shopfloor Employee at DocMorris, you are the linchpin in our process. You work actively in the specialized departments at the error stations. With your in-depth knowledge, you support the departments on the floor, analyze problems, and feed these back to the responsible process owners (POs). You ensure a smooth order flow and actively contribute to improving our processes. In addition, you supervise compliance with GDP guidelines (Good Distribution Practice) within your area of responsibility.Your main tasks and responsibilities:Providing support to departments on the shop floor, mainly in solving operational problems.Acting as a process expert and the primary point of contact for process owners (PO).Performing error analyses, assessments, and detailed error documentation in collaboration with team leaders (TL) and the PO.Actively participating in process optimization to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.Working at the error stations and carrying out inventory adjustments.Performing periodic inventory counts (Cycle counting).Handling return bookings, transfers, and preparing/processing returns for shipment.Clearing out obsolete items.Supporting other departments if necessary.Your working hours: You work Monday through Friday in a 2-shift system:Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30Afternoon/evening shift: 14:30 – 23:00Every 4 weeks you work one weekend (Saturday and Sunday, morning shift) and one extra Sunday on the afternoon shift.What do we offer you?A gross monthly salary starting from € 2,608.26 (based on a 40-hour work week).Extra allowance: At the start of this role, you will receive a temporary personal allowance of € 150 gross per month (pro rata for part-timers) for a period of up to 12 months.
