DocMorris AG in Heerlen is seeking an Outbound Logistics Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing team in a brand-new, highly automated logistics center. You will oversee e-prescriptions handling and ensure precise, timely delivery of medications to patients, while maintaining GDP standards.

The role requires a Bachelor HBO or equivalent in logistics, 5+ years of leadership experience, pharma exposure a plus, and strong English with Dutch or German skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level HBO or equivalent experience in logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a logistics environment.
• Background in pharma or highly regulated industries is a major plus.
• Fluent in English, with Dutch or German proficiency.

• Lead onboard, coach, evaluate and continuously develop your team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and highly structured work environment in line with GDP and 5S.
