Job summary

Floorganise is a forward‑looking software company transforming shipyards through the Floor2Plan Shipyard-MES platform. As Project Manager, you will coordinate client expectations and internal teams to deliver software implementations for leading shipyards worldwide, driving shorter lead times, reduced risks, and improved production efficiency.

You will travel within your area and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management (min 5 years).
• Experience in an IT/software development environment.
• Experience in the Shipbuilding sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP/PLM/Planning tools (IFS, AVEVA, Teamcenter, Cadmatic, Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.
• LEAN practices and PRINCE2 methodologies are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of IT projects from initiation to completion with proper documentation.
• Coordinate analysis and validation of customer requirements with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project governance documents (charters, PID, scope, risks).
• Act as primary contact with clients and schedule weekly alignment meetings.
• Coordinate with international software development teams and manage change requests.
• Promote lean Process improvements and contribute to PM process design.
