Job summary

Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on warehouse professional to support material receiving, inventory control, shipping, and cycle counts. You will use ERP systems and scanners to record movements and coordinate with production, purchasing, carriers, and customers.

A proactive mindset, commitment to safety, and accuracy are essential as you help maintain FIFO practices and a clean, organized warehouse in a regular/permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, parts, returnable containers, and supplies and verify quantities against shipping documents, purchase orders, and packing slips.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipment documents and verification process. Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation.
• Track and process customer returnable containers, pallets, skids, lids, and other packaging materials.
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and ensure materials are stored in designated locations.
• Use warehouse management systems, ERP systems, scanners, and other electronic equipment to record material movements.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, forklift/PIT procedures, and applicable OSHA regulations.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse activities as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, material flow, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving processes.
