Job summary

Wilvo Metaalbewerking B.v. is seeking a Shift Leader Service to coordinate the daily operations of the department, assign tasks, and support shop floor staff.

You will monitor quality and safety, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow, including managing shift handovers.

You’ll also contribute to onboarding and developing employees, with a two-shift schedule and a focus on 6S, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, logistics, or technical environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Job description

As a Shift Leader Service, you are responsible for the daily coordination of the department. You divide the workload, monitor progress, and support employees with day-to-day questions and issues. You also ensure that all work is carried out according to established quality and safety standards.

What will you be doing?

• Assigning and coordinating daily tasks.
• Supporting employees on the shop floor.
• Monitoring quality, safety, and production targets.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure work flows smoothly
• Managing shift handovers and required administrative tasks.
• In addition, you play an important role in onboarding and developing employees
