Job summary

Jobster in Venlo is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a production team, oversee daily operations and drive safety, quality and performance targets. You will manage a team across shifts in a large, international production environment with English as the working language.

This is a full-time role on a four-shift rotation with a fixed Saturday off, offering a direct contract, a shift allowance, a bonus scheme and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team.
• Ability to manage safety, quality and performance targets.
• Strong coaching and communication on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of operators (20–25, up to 40–45 during peak) and ensuring smooth operations.
• Monitoring daily production performance and achieving targets.
• Managing KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Identifying operational disruptions and taking corrective action.
• Coordinating multiple interconnected production processes.
