Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. in the Venlo area is seeking a Shift Leader Quality to head the quality team and ensure products meet quality and food safety standards. You will lead daily operations, monitor product quality, and collaborate with departments to drive improvements.

The role requires a proactive mindset and strong leadership in a production setting. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus. A 3-shift system is in place, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or coordinating role within production or quality.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the quality team during daily operations.
• Monitor and maintain product quality.
• Ensure quality and food safety standards are followed.
• Identify quality deviations and discuss them with the relevant colleagues.
• Assess products according to applicable quality requirements.
• Process quality information and prepare reports.
• Guide and coach employees during their daily activities.
• Monitor quality during production and packaging processes.
• Perform final quality checks when required.
• Work closely with different departments within the organization.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to solutions.
• Discuss quality points and improvements during team meetings.
