Job summary

Five Guys International is seeking a Shift Leader to manage shifts, guide the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our restaurant. You will lead, coach, and train Crew Members while ensuring food quality and service standards.

Ideal candidates are experienced in hospitality or customer service, with hands-on leadership and strong communication. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected, along with willingness to obtain any required safety certifications.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring shifts run smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You'll:

• Assist in leading and motivating the team during your shift.
• Support, coach, and train Crew Members
• Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
• Manage workflows, breaks, and shift handovers
• Maintain food safety and health & safety standards
• Step in for the management team when required
• Help create a positive and energetic team culture

You'll also be fully trained across all restaurant stations, including grill, fries, cashier, and customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• You are 18 years or older
• Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
• Natural leadership skills and a hands-on attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Dutch and/or English speaking
• BHV certificate or willingness to obtain one
