Job summary

Five Guys International in Eindhoven is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to guide the shift, build the team, and deliver the best burgers in town. You’ll lead by example, ensure smooth operations, and create an exceptional guest experience across all restaurant stations.

We offer a 12-month contract with long-term potential, flexible schedules, and bonuses. Applicants should be 18+, have hospitality or customer service experience, strong leadership and communication, and be fluent in Dutch

• Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
• Natural leadership skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Dutch and/or English speaking.
• BHV certificate or willingness to obtain one.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring shifts run smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Assist in leading and motivating the team during your shift.
• Support, coach, and train Crew Members
• Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
• Manage workflows, breaks, and shift handovers
• Maintain food safety and health & safety standards
• Step in for the management team when required
• Help create a positive and energetic team culture

You'll also be fully trained across all restaurant stations, including grill, fries, cashier, and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• You are 18 years or older
• Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
• Natural leadership skills and a hands-on attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Dutch and/or English speaking
• BHV certificate or willingness to obtain one
